What comes in the first delivery?
Your first delivery is the Welcome Pack.
It includes a premium SwagK9 product plus a free welcome gift. It’s our way of saying hello to the Pack. Orders placed during Black Friday and before the first shipment (w/c 15th December will also include a free soft toy and be in a Christmas gift bag!
What comes in the next deliveries?
Each following month, your dog will receive one new premium product selected by us — no fillers, no repeats, just good-quality items your dog will love.
Is this a subscription?
Yes — but only for the length you choose.
You can pick a 3, 6, or 12 month plan.
There are no automatic renewals, so it ends when the plan finishes.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! 🎁
Just select your length, add the recipient’s address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you need my dog’s size or breed?
Yes please — it helps us make sure the items are the right fit and style.
You can choose this when ordering, as well as any colour preferences.
When will the first delivery arrive?
All orders placed during Black Friday and up to 14th of December will ship from the 15th December.
Monthly Select deliveries then follow around the same date each month.
Can I cancel early?
Because this is a prepaid gift subscription, cancellations aren’t available — but you’re always welcome to contact us if something isn’t right. We’re here to help 💛
