We aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days. However please allow at least up to 8 working days, especially If your order has items with specific colour choices, and during our busier times. Products are handmade to order and this is why completion time is a little longer as you are ordering a bespoke product.
We cannot always action a cancel request at any point after order, we will try our best, but this is not guaranteed, we can of course refund a returned item as long as it has not been used, postage costs will be the customers responsibility.
Once shipped your order should be with you in 2 working days for UK orders and longer for Europe or the rest of the world, based on Royal Mail service information.
USA Order update, due to recent changes in Tariffs we are now charging for and paying the Duty up front for all orders, this will be added at the checkout. Fortunately we have been able to keep this at 10%. As this is now paid upfront it will make the shipping times much quicker.
European Order update, we have now implemented IOSS on the website, this means that all European orders will be charged their local VAT rate on orders, meaning no hidden costs or delays at customs. This is up to approx £135 per order (if you wish to order more than this we suggest doing two separate orders) Orders over £135 will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid and incur processing fees as well as the VAT costs upon entry to the receiving Country at Customs.
Shipping costs for the UK are £3.60 for headcollars ordered on their own, any other items added will make the shipping £6. These are a flat rate so will not increase for multiple items. Example – 2 headcollars ordered together would be £3.60, 2 headcollars and a lead would be £6.
Shipping costs for Europe are £12.00
Shipping costs for the rest of the world are £15.00, we will contact you and let you know if the total is more once we have teh size and weight of your parcel.
We reserve the right to charge additional postage for larger orders to europe or the rest of the world, any extra charge would be at cost.
All orders placed with SWAG are shipped using Royal mails 1st class service, for international orders we use Royal Mail’s International Tracked service.
