If you have placed and order  and are enquiring about delivery; please remember you are ordering a bespoke, hand made item from a small business. We aim to have orders sent out between 3-5 working days (often much quicker than this), but this may be up to 7 working days in some circumstances. We then send with Royal Mail tracked postal service, you will receive an email update from them with your tracking information. 

Messages will be replied to during business hours Monday – Friday 9-4pm. It may take 1-2 working days for emails to be answered.
